Latisse is a prescription ophthalmic solution that helps boost the length, thickness, and darkness of the lashes by increasing the duration of the growth phase of the eyelash hair cycle while simultaneously boosting the number of hairs during this growth phase.
Latisse only needs to be applied once per day. Simply make sure you follow your prescribed skin care regimen and cleanse your skin properly. Make sure you are makeup free and your contact lenses are out before applying the solution. Remove one of the sterile applicators and place one drop of Latisse on the brush tip of the applicator. Apply the solution along the upper eyelashes (where the eyelashes meet the skin) from the inner part of the lash line to the outer part. Any excess solution beyond the eyelid should be gently blotted with a tissue.
You will start to see results within 4-6 weeks of applying Latisse! Most people will experience full results in about 16 weeks of consistent application.
To maintain the effect you will continue to use Latisse as directed.
Q: What happens if I stop using Latisse?
A: If Latisse is discontinued, eyelashes will gradually return to where they were prior to beginning the treatment over a period of weeks to months.
